You can place an order for the product you are interested in on our website and collect your order on the same day.
When placing an order, the manager of our online store determines the arrival time convenient for you for the purchase and also reminds you of our address and opening hours.

Delivery to any country in the world is carried out by all companies and international courier companies.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All orders are processed and shipped only on business days, Monday to Friday (except holidays).
Orders from Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day.
In the case of an order with payment received on our account by 13:00, we will ship the goods on the same day.
Orders and payments after 13:00 will be shipped the next business day.
The store is not responsible for transport companies that do not meet the above deadlines.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
To track your shipment, please visit the courier service providers' website, see the shipment tracking number that you will receive from us by e-mail or text message after shipping.
Please track your shipments yourself, as our store (https://platinumchetvertinovskaya.com) is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments.
PAYMENT
Our store has several payment methods.
The total value of the order is given in PLN (also for convenience, you can choose the currency on the website).
CASH
- The CASH payment method is available when you select the "own collection" or "cash on delivery" delivery method.
- Payment is made only in the national currency - PLN.
- A fiscal receipt is issued in the payment confirmation.
ONLINE PAYMENT AND PAYPAL
- ONLINE and PAYPAL payment methods available on our website.
- Choose a payment method that is convenient for you.
- PRZELEWY24 (including card payment and BLIK) PAYPAL.
- Our store accepts payments by any card.
- In the case of choosing PayPal as the payment method, a fee of 4.8% of the transaction value will be added to the order total. This fee results from the payment processing costs charged by the PayPal operator and is borne by the buyer.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
If the shipment is returned to the sender, the money for the material is refunded, but not for the shipment.
You can return the item within 14 days of purchase.
The product cannot be opened or used.
If it has been used or opened, refunds are not possible.
If there is a problem with the ordered material, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the shipment.
We do not issue refunds after 5 days.
When returning a shipment paid for cash on delivery and in the event of re-sending, the amount of the previous delivery and refund will be added (applies to errors on the part of ordering party and courier services).
