How are bonus points earned?
- For registration — 10 bonus points
- For every order — bonus points are added automatically
- For a product review — 5 bonus points for each comment
- For subscribing to the newsletter — 10 bonus points
1 bonus point = 1 PLN

With every purchase, you collect bonus points that can be used to pay for future orders. Regular customers receive even more advantages.
If you place orders regularly, we may assign you a status, based on which you will receive a personal discount.
Customer statuses and additional benefits
Our loyalty program includes the following customer levels:
Standard / Silver / Gold / Platinum
Bonus earning rate (percentage of order value):
- Standard — 5%
- Silver — 5%
- Gold — 4%
- Platinum — 3%
Percentage of order value payable with bonus points:
- Standard — 30%
- Silver — 20%
- Gold — 10%
- Platinum — 10%
The higher your status, the more exclusive benefits and special conditions you receive.
When are bonus points credited?
Bonus points are credited within 5 days and appear in your customer account. After they are added, you will receive an email notification.
How to use bonus points?
- You can pay part of your order using bonus points according to your status
- Available for retail customers
Restrictions
Bonus points cannot be used if:
- there are promotional items in the cart
- a discount coupon has been applied
Bonus points validity
- Bonus points are valid for 90 days
- You will receive a reminder 7 days before expiration
