3. Customer – a natural or legal person or organization placing orders in the Online Store.
4. Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making purchases not related to business activities.
5. Terms – this document establishing the rules of using the Online Store.

II. Order Placement Conditions

§2. Placing Orders

1. The Customer can place orders through the Online Store website 24/7.
2. To fulfill the order, the Customer must provide accurate contact details and make the payment.
3. The Seller confirms the order acceptance via e-mail.

III. Payment and Delivery

IV. Returns and Complaints

1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Seller by e-mail or post.
3. A refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

§6. Complaints

2. The Seller reviews the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
3. The Customer must provide a description of the issue and, if necessary, return the defective product.

V. User Account

1. The Customer can create a user account in the Online Store.
2. The account allows tracking order history and storing delivery addresses.
3. The Customer may delete the account at any time by submitting a request to the Seller.

3. The Customer has the right to access, amend, and delete their data.

VII. Final Provisions

2. The new Terms come into effect 7 days after publication.
3. A Customer who does not agree with the changes may stop using the Online Store.
