Returns, complaints and exchange

RETURN - WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

Purchased products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
It is sufficient to send us a withdrawal statement by email to POLANDPLATINUM@GMAIL.COM or in writing to our registered address.

Then download and complete the return form. Pack the returned products together with the completed form and send the parcel to the address below with the note: return of goods.

If a VAT invoice was included with your order, please attach it to the return shipment.

Please pack the shipment carefully and secure it against possible damage during transport. Returned products must not show any signs of use.

We do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery or to parcel lockers. The return shipping cost is covered by the customer.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the delivery cost is non-refundable.

If the shipment returns to the store and the customer decides to resend the order, the shipping cost must be covered again by the customer.

After receiving the shipment, we will send a confirmation by email. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of receiving the return.

Please note that tweezers and tools are not eligible for return or exchange. This also applies to products such as liquids, adhesives, brushes, etc. after opening and use. These products are not eligible for return or exchange (please refer to our public offer policy).

COMPLAINT

If you wish to report a defective product, please contact us by email at POLANDPLATINUM@GMAIL.COM or in writing to our registered address.

To speed up the complaint process, please include as many details as possible about the product along with photos of the defect. You will receive a response within 14 days.

If you need to return a complained product, download and complete the complaint form. Pack the products together with the form and send the parcel to the address below with the note: product complaint.

If a VAT invoice was included with your order, please attach it to the shipment.
