Professional neutralizer to fix the new curl and stabilize hair structure. PLATINUM Neutralizing Lotion in sachet format locks in the curl/shape created during Step 1, stabilizes the hair bonds, and prevents brittleness. Conditioning ingredients help retain moisture and protect lashes and brows.

  • Hydrogen Peroxide — reforms disulfide bonds to fix the new shape
  • Panthenol (Pro-vitamin B5) — moisturizes, adds shine, strengthens
  • Mineral Oil + Simethicone — protective layer, reduces breakage
  • Ceteareth-20 + Cetearyl Alcohol — emollients, improve texture
  • Laureth-3 — mild cleansing and smoothing
  • Oxyquinoline Sulfate — antiseptic protection

How to use

  • Eyelashes & Eyebrows: half of Step 1 exposure time, but not less than 5 minutes

Fixing Lotion w drugim kroku działa precyzyjnie i przewidywalnie. Konsystencja jest odpowiednia – nie spływa z rzęs, a czas działania pozwala uzyskać idealny skręt. Rzęsy są dobrze utrwalone i gotowe do odżywienia w kolejnym etapie.
